Vadyam app for iPhone and iPad

Vadya is sanskrit word for musical instruments and thats how we came up with the name of our app Vadyam, An app that connects artists and musicians with the connoisseurs of music and also with the event organizers.

Vadyam plans to be a single platform that connects artists of various music genres from all around the world. The platform helps in organizing events and also connects artists with people interested in learning the art.

In the years of our association with music, musicians and events, we felt a need for a single platform that connects musicians and event organizers.

Currently there isnt a single source of information that lists all the artists; the process of contacting artists is time consuming and
cumbersome. It is difficult to know the artists availability, contact details, details of various events and very difficult for event organizers to shortlist, contact and organize groups of artists.

The artists listing in the app is organized by the instrument. The music lover and event organizers
can view the artists contact details and also have access to online links showcasing the performances.

Addition of new events can be requested through the app and a listing of all the events with dates and venue details is available to the users. An interesting feature is that if the contact details of the artists has changed, the edit feature of the app can be used to update the artists contact details.

The user can search for an artist by their name or by the instrument
they play. The app accepts requests from users to add new artists to the directory listing.
